An XiaoxiaProfessor-level Engineer, graduated in 1989 from the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Currently serves as Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Anti-HIV Drug Technology and Director of the Shanghai Engineering Research Center for Antitumor Chemical Drugs. Also holds positions as Adjunct Professor at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, Distinguished Entrepreneurship Mentor at Liaoning University, and Board Member of the Shanghai Biopharmaceutical Industry Association. In recent years, has led and completed eight national and provincial/ministerial-level scientific and technological projects, with 34 Chinese invention patents granted. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, served as project leader for two national major special programs on new drug innovation: "Approval for Domestic First Generic Production of Efavirenz Tablets, a First-Line Antiretroviral for HIV" and "Clinical Trial Study of Ximingperivir, a Class I Novel Antitumor Drug."

Currently responsible for the company's global pharmaceutical formulations business, I lead efforts in technological innovation and industrialization, making significant contributions particularly in the innovation and commercialization of HIV/AIDS and anti-tumor drugs.
